Wheel-thrown stoneware mug to be finished with a beautiful combination of glaze and stain. Kiln-fired and fully vitrified/non-porous functional ware. Food safe, but hand-washing is recommended for this item due to the delicate nature of the sculptural elements.
This is a pre-order for a mug that has been thrown, sculpted and decorated as per the photo. It is currently drying and will be fired, glazed, and fired again. Due to the multi-step process involved, this item will ship after its final kiln firing.

Each item is hand-made and therefore no two are identical. Variations are expected and the glaze/stain is dependent on materials in the studio at the time it's created as well as the artist's choice, so you will have a truly unique piece!
